Terrible customer service. I call to rent a MT100 mini skid steer. Andrew, tells me he will be there for 9am. I did somethings early this morning got home, at 850am. 945am, I call him because no has arrived with the machine. He tells me, he was there at 840am. He then just left, no phone call, no note, nothing. Then proceeded to tell me I had to pay delivery, an extra machine daily charge, just to rent the machine.

I drove 6 hours to meet Andy (the owner) of Morquip Rentals to purchase a brand new log splitter. When I met Andy he had told me he has had customers do over a 100 cords with the machine so far and has had nothing but good reviews on the machine.
The machine the owner of this company sold me literally fell apart inside 50 hours of using it. Pieces of the machine literally started breaking off the conveyor on the machine literally twisted and now is unusable and the final is the motor completely seized on it making it now completely unusable.
The owner seems like a nice guy and has tried to help along the way with this absolute disaster of a machine but regardless of that I was sold this machine under the assumption that it was a wood processor that’s capable of splitting wood and that’s simply not the case.

Our experience with Morquip  Rentals and Sales has been absolutely stellar. Andrew’s communication is top notch and he’s as honest as they come.

We were looking for a Split-Fire 2265 wood splitter and I found a Morquip listing on Facebook Marketplace in November 2023. I reached out to Andrew and he responded immediately. He had just sold the last one he had in stock but was able to inform me that he was expecting more inventory in mid January 2024. He graciously agreed to hold one for us until we could come and pick it up even though it meant him having to wait a couple of extra weeks as we were going to be away.

When we picked up our splitter today Andrew was extremely helpful and pleasant and took the time needed to answer our questions and assure us that we can reach out an any time in the future if we have any questions or service needs.
